We do hope you will join us - our aim is to promote awareness and growth of Scottish traditional culture, and to do so in a way which brings enjoyment, encouragement, enthusiasm and a sense of community.
Upcoming events:
- Sunday 16th June. Aberdeen Highland Games. With Straefoot and the FESTiRIBE group back fresh from their success in Denmark. Full line-up here.
- 11th -14th July Stonehaven Folk Festival including SC&T events.
- 29th July to 2nd August Young SC&T summer course for 8-12 year olds in association with AIYF - download application form here. For over 12 year olds see Splore the AIYF summer course
- 19th October. Workshop with Laura Taylor at Rubislaw Church halls. Details to come.
- 22nd February 2014 (*** note new date ***). Spring Sing with Steve Byrne.

- Every Fourth Sunday to December 2013. SC&T performers at lunchtime at Buchanan's Bistro, Woodend Barn. 1- 2 pm
- Every Thursday (and some other evenings) there are music sessions in Aberdeenshire. There is also a session every Thursday at 9.30 pm in Old Blackfriars in the Castlegate in Aberdeen.
