Congratulations to SCaT participants who won at the Aberdeen TMSA competitions held on Saturday 18th March 2006.

Special congratulations to

• Tim  Wells who won the New Song competition  with Sliding round Mounthooly
• David Hunter who won the Lizzie Higgins prize for novice singer - and therefore went away loaded down with 6 volumes of the Greig-Duncan Folk Song Collection 
• Irene Mitchell who won the Free-style Singing (the Elphinstone Institute Quaich)
  

 Other congratulations are due to Irene who came second and to Katie Keith who came third in the Traditional Singing (Female) competitions and Shirley Watt who was second in the Bothy Ballads (Female) competition.
