St Andrew's Night

Tho the Northern Wind blaws Freezin.....

With performances from Lu McClintoch, Margret Preston, Sandy Tweddle with Richard Ward, Dick and Maggie Trickey, Norman English, Janice Clark with Malcolm Reavell, Hectorstandrews4.jpg Forsyth with Helen Oram plus contributions from the younger and older members of the Forsyth family, everyone had a feast of music and food at MUSA on St Andrew's Night.

The full range of Scottish music was included - from fiddle and clarsach through pipes, accordion and guitar (not forgetting piano and cello) - to that most ancient of instruments - the human voice.

The evening was capped with two great modern Scottish songs led by David Hunter and Susan Kirkwood - "Porridge" by April Pressley and "In Friendship's Name" by Willie Scott.
