The tutor training weekend took place 6-7 October in Harlaw Academy. 

Ali Burns ran a day looking at teaching techniques - 100 ways to vary a song or tune

On Sunday tutors were offered a choice of the Alexander Technique - appreciated by many - warm up songs, Kodaly or Tax for musicians. 

Everyone came away having learned something they could apply in their teaching or playing (or accounting).  A big vote of thanks to Carley Williams who made all the arrangements.
