A course suitable for newcomers to the clarsach using traditional tunes to learn playing and accompaniment technique for solo and accompaniment playing. Participants must have their own harp and should be able to play at least one tune.
Simple tunes and accompaniment will be taught along with technique. Music will be taught aurally with notation provided at the end of class. Most importantly, participants will encourage each other by playing together from an early stage.
