Class: Pipes 2
 Description : John has been a tutor with the Scottish Culture and Traditions Association since 2003. John started with the pipes aged 13 or 14 with a piper who played at Balmoral. He later played and competed with the Stonehaven Pipe Band, was a Pipe Major with the Royal Signals and played also with other pipe bands. In recent years he has been tutoring in schools in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
