Helen Lynch

Helen LynchHelen has been a tutor with the Scottish Culture and Traditions Association since January 2005. She first took up the tin whistle in 1988 to entertain her baby daughter, passing through Kenny Hadden's Whistle 3 class along the way. She teaches piano to adults and children and runs two recorder projects in Tillydrone. She formerly taught whistle as part of the Scottish Culture Project in Sunnybank School. She has performed regularly as a member of ceilidh bands Dark Island, Get Reel and Danse McCabre.

Class Updates

Week of 30th January.

The Spring Term started on 16th January.

It is possible to enrol at the Classes desk at Harlaw Academy on class nights between 6:45 and 7pm. All classes are running except Guitar 2 (Wednesdays)

Do go along and support our performers at the Lemon Tree on Saturdays (until 18 February) and join in the session on Tuesdays at O'Donoghue's.
