This will be a superb weekend (as they always are) and we can cater for complete beginners up to advanced players. It's an intensive weekend and many past participants have said "they learn more on this weekend than they do all year" (no offense at all to our LGMA tutors
).
Our tutors this year are, from Germany, Keith Harris, a "god" of the mandolin world and once regarded as the best in the world... and an excellent teacher. Also from Germany Steffie Ruach lead mandolinist with Hessen state orchestra, an outstanding player and teacher, Nigel Gatherer, need I say more, Scotland's leading Celtic mandolin tutor, Adele Neilson Classical Guitar player and teacher who graduated from the Royal Scottish Academy... now tutoring on LGMA weekly classes... she is just superb! Barbara Pommerenke-Steel, course coordinator, Barbara will be putting you through the paces of orchestral playing (yes even the beginners)... a really fun part of the weekend.
If you require further information please do not hesitate to contact me on 01698 457518. We envisage a good response to this and as such applications will be treated on a "first come first served basis".
