A beginners course for those who have always wanted to play traditional Scots fiddle music, but just don't know where to start!  Participants will learn the basics of playing through simple tunes.

Teaching will be both by ear and with written music in a small supportive group.

Practical tips: Participants must have arranged the use of a fiddle during the term so that they can practice. Advice on buying a fiddle will be given, for more information before the course begins please contact the office.

Class Updates

Week of 30th January.

The Spring Term started on 16th January.

It is possible to enrol at the Classes desk at Harlaw Academy on class nights between 6:45 and 7pm. All classes are running except Guitar 2 (Wednesdays)

Do go along and support our performers at the Lemon Tree on Saturdays (until 18 February) and join in the session on Tuesdays at O'Donoghue's.
