The Basics:

Three day festival run by SC&T as part of the Silver City Stories event sponsored by Aberdeen City Council. Taking place from Friday 30th June to Sunday 2nd July. The festival also celebrates SC&T's 20th anniversary.

Free to all concerts, workshops, master classes, TradDisco, session trail, ceilidhs, stovies!, sessions, films, talks, session tea & tales, wind down session.

SC&T are delighted to be launching the SC&T Tune Book - The Aberdeen Collection: Contemporary Scottish Tunes in Traditional Style during the Silver City Stramash event. The book has been compiled by SC&T and published by Aberdeen University Press with funding from Vibrant Aberdeen. This will be available for purchase at the ceilidh on 1st July or online from this site from 2nd July.

Headline acts for the festival include: Siobhan MillerOld Blind Dogs, The Iona Fyfe Band, and Dolphin Boy.
